How our work will proceed

When starting the cooperation, we will meet you in person to get acquainted with hotel management team and accurately understand the company's vision, goals, as well as the range of existing and potential customers. We will audit all hotel systems and sales channels, get acquainted with the existing price structure and services, perform market and competitor analysis. According to the information obtained, we will offer you the most suitable form of cooperation and agree on KPIs for a fixed period of time.

Future work will mainly take place remotely. We will provide you with regular (weekly or monthly) reports, REVHouse conclusions and proposals. During the cooperation, we will meet in person at least once a month to discuss current results, future forecasts, and other strategically important issues. If necessary, we will organize trainings for the staff of the Front Office, Reservation and Sales department, as well as the hotel management team.
